Polestar Games is aiming to develop the world's finest MMORPG, based on our proprietary Aurora server engine and Unreal Engine 5, creating an open-world medieval fantasy game for PC and consoles. What We Do
We are looking for a Project Manager to work with us to ensure efficient collaboration and the successful completion of projects.
Our team strives not only to fulfill the typical responsibilities of a project manager but also to improve the development process, propose effective methodologies for inter-team collaboration, and foster a positive development culture.
Here are some of our typical tasks:
Coordination and Communication Across Teams: Work closely with the design, implementation, and art teams to align efforts and achieve project goals.
Resource Management: Optimize personnel and resource allocation based on project requirements, and address any issues as needed.
Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor the project’s progress and take the lead in risk management and problem-solving.
Performance Reporting: Regularly and systematically report the project’s progress and outcomes to the PD and the team.

In this role, you will
Establish development schedules in coordination with the PD and directors.
Manage project timelines and schedules using JIRA and Confluence.
Collaborate with relevant departments to manage issues.
Propose process improvements and new methodologies (including the adoption of new tools and technologies).
Risk management.
Ideally, you have
Candidates with 3 or more years of experience in project management, game design (planning), QA, or related fields.
Detail-oriented individuals with a strong sense of responsibility in handling tasks.
Understanding of the game development process, along with problem-solving skills and experience in risk management.
